Matt is a member of the Technology and Talent Team, leading Artificial Intelligence. He advises LightBay and its portfolio companies on AI strategy, adoption, and implementation, helping translate emerging technologies into practical applications that drive growth and improve business performance.
Matt has two high-school-aged sons. Outside of the office, Matt is a comedy writer and is pursuing a film directing certification from UCLA.
