Willow is a member of the Technology and Talent team, leading Talent. She advises LightBay and its portfolio companies on identifying and developing executive talent networks, evaluating and evolving leadership teams, shaping talent strategies and leadership effectiveness, and advancing portfolio-wide human capital initiatives.
In her free time, Willow enjoys exploring L.A.’s up-and-coming restaurants, reading mysteries and thrillers, and spending time outdoors with friends and family.
